Refunds and cancellation

All purchases on INTAYO are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle is your contracting party for the purchase, issues the invoice, remits taxes and handles refunds. Every Paddle order confirmation contains a link to retrieve your invoice and to request a refund.

Subscriptions (Plus and the group plans Club, Community and Enterprise) run to the end of the paid period and renew automatically unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period — in the app or via the management link in your Paddle order confirmation. Amounts already paid for a running period are not refunded pro rata unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from conclusion of the contract; if the law of your country of residence grants you a comparable right, we honour it. If you ask for performance to start immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once performance is complete, it lapses accordingly; for a subscription you owe the pro rata amount up to withdrawal.

To withdraw, use the link in your Paddle order confirmation or send an informal email to [email protected] — we forward it to Paddle.

The fee for a human referee pays for the review, not for a particular outcome. It is therefore not refunded merely because you dislike the decision. If the review was not performed or something went wrong with the charge, it is of course refunded.

Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or amounts that do not match your order are refunded in full. Get in touch with your Paddle order number via our support page or directly with Paddle — the money is usually back within a few business days.
