Child safety standards

INTAYO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). There is no threshold: a single violation results in permanent termination of the account, without prior warning.

Prohibited in particular:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — uploading, sharing, linking to or requesting it
• Grooming a minor for sexual purposes, and any contact made for that purpose
• Sexualized depictions of minors, including drawn, edited or machine-generated imagery
• Sextortion, as well as trading in, facilitating or advertising any of the above
• Trivializing such acts or providing instructions for them

INTAYO is not intended for children. The minimum age is 13; where the law of your place of residence requires a higher age, that age applies. Details are set out in our terms of service.

Every challenge, piece of evidence, post and profile can be reported inside the app — via “Report” on the content itself. Choose the reason “Sexual content” or “Illegal content” and briefly describe what happened. In the same step you can block the person.

You do not need an account to reach us: reports can also be sent by email to [email protected] with the subject “Child Safety”. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement as well.

• Reports concerning child safety are reviewed as a priority, regardless of business hours.
• Where a report is substantiated we remove the content, permanently terminate the account and preserve the evidence.
• We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline. As a company established in the United States we are required to do so under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
• Anyone who submits a report remains anonymous towards the reported person.

These standards apply to the INTAYO app and to intayo.com. We review them at least once a year and update them when the law or the service changes.
